Agnieszka Rosińska
Partner and Management Board Member of C&R AUDITORS Sp. z o.o. since 2000.
Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (Szkoła Główna Handlowa) in 1995 with a Master’s degree in Economy. In 1999, Agnieszka obtained her professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and became a Member of the National Chamber of Chartered Accountants with No. 9267
Between 1993-1999, Agnieszka worked at Ernst & Young – her last position being Audit Manager.
Agnieszka has been an accountant and auditor for over 20 years. She has excellent knowledge and experience in the accounting and auditing of Companies in the construction, production, trade and services branches.
She supervised the audits of companies, as well as state-owned enterprises, associations, political parties and non-profit organizations. She has experience in transformations, mergers, due diligences of companies and has advised in tax and accounting matters.
Agnieszka has engaged in many Polish and foreign training seminars and conferences regarding finance, accounting and taxes. She speaks English fluently.

Marzanna Rytwińska

Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (Szkoła Główna Handlowa) in 1993 with a Master’s degree in Economy. In 1999, Marzanna obtained her professional qualifications as Chartered Accountant and became a Member of the National Chamber of Chartered Accountant with No. 9258
Marzanna worked for Ernst & Young between 1993 – 1999 at the end, holding the position of Audit Manager.
Marzanna has more than twenty years’ experience as an accountant and auditor. Her many projects during this time have given her specific knowledge and experience in accounting and auditing in a variety of fields including industry, leasing, trade.
Marzanna has supervised audits of various legal entities including companies, state-owned enterprises, associations, political parties and non-profit organizations having also been in a variety of advisory roles including mergers, due diligence, as well as in tax and accounting matters.
Marzanna regularly attends both Polish and foreign conferences and seminars and is the author of many professional publications in accounting and in Infor.
Marzanna is fluent in English.
